The Town of Lind will hold a public hearing to consider approval of an application submitted by Greg Stelse for amendment to the comprehensive plan, and changes to the preferred land use map. The purpose of the amendment and map change is to change the land use deisignation of approximately 6.55 acres of parcel 12-02-23-2 from Agriculture to Commercial and remove same acres from Farmland Preservation.
The Town Board shall meet and hold a public hearing to consider this amendment at a special Town Board meeting on January 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lind Town Hall, located at N1315 County Road A, Waupaca, WI.
Copies of the plan or amendment are available for inspection prior to the hearing by contacting Ryan Brown, Planning & Zoning Director, at 715-258-6258 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.-4:00p.m.). Written comments will also be accepted at teh Lind Town Hall until January 8, 2023.
